Planning & Architecture
The project is conducted to structural design calculation for water slides of EMAK capital aqua park project in New El-Alamin City, Egypt. The foundation level is 3.6m. The structure sonsists of three levels 11.75m, 12.60m and 15.20m respectively. The architecture recommended to use steel members for construction.
Finite Element Modeling
A finite element model is created with all structural elements. Stairs are modeled with a proper loads. Elements are deigned using Egyptian Code of Practice for Design Loads (ECP-201-2011) and Egyptian Code of Practice for Steel Construction and Bridges (ECP 205-2011).

Design Concept
Our design concept is to provide the optimum design with best safety. The mezzanine floors elements are distributed for children safety consideration. The facility of construction is considered in our design.
Workshop
The workshop of this project was requested. Erection drawings are created for construction sequence in site. Also, assemblies and single parts drawings are created for each member to be manufactured and prepared for construction. A continuous support was provided in all manufacturing phase to achieve the best quality.
